SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Kayah and Kayin States, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Naypyitaw, Rakhine and Mon States, scattered in Magway, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions and Chin State, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, (Northern and Eastern)Shan State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavy falls in Lower Sagaing Region. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Yeu and Launglon (2.76)inches each, Shwebo (1.96)inches, Kawthaung (1.57)inches, Singaing (1.10)inches, Namsam and Okkan (0.98) inch each, Loilin (0.94)inch and Dawei (0.91)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
