SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain has been isolated in Taninthayi Region. Weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (5°C) below February average temperature in Chin State, (3°C) below February average temperatures in Mandalay Region, Kachin and Northern Shan States, (2°C) below February average temperatures in Sagaing and Yangon Regions, (2°C) above February average temperature in Mon State and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (-3°C) in Hakha, (2°C) in Thipaw, (4°C) each in Putao, Naungcho, Heho and Ramthlo and (5°C) each in Lashio, Namsam, Pinlaung, Loilin and Mogoke. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was Myeik (0.35)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and generally fair elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
