25-10-2025:According to the observations at 17:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Southeast Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and may further intensify into a depression over Southeast and adjoining Central Bay of Bengal on 25-10-2025 and further into a Deep Depression on 26-10-2025 and into a Cyclonic Storm over the Southwest and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal on 27-10-2025. Weather is cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
EARTHQUAKE NEWS
A slight earthquake of magnitude (4.2) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (54)miles Northwest of Myitkyina), latitude 26.08°N, longitude 97.00°E, depth (10) kilometers about (50) miles Northwest of Myitkyina seismological observatory was recorded at (21)hr (47)min (33)sec M.S.T on 14th , March 2019.
