According to the observations at (21:30)hrs M.S.T today, the deep depression over the Westcentral Bay of Bengal has moved to West – Southwest wards and weakened into a depression. It is centered at about (130)miles South-Southeast of Visakhapatnam and (145)miles East-Southeast of Machillipatnam, India. It is forecast to move West-Southwest wards and weaken into a low pressure area during next (24)hours.

Position of Depression, Centre pressure and wind

         Depression is located at about Latitude (15.5) degree North and Longitude (83.5) degree East, it’s centre pressure is (1002) hPa and maximum wind speed near the center is about (35)miles per hour at (21:30) hrs MST today.
