It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and across South Odisha and adjoining North Andhra Pradesh and South Chhattisgarh during next 2 days. Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

A strong earthquake of magnitude (6.3) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (5)miles southeast of Thabeikkyin), latitude 22.86°N, longitude 96.04°E, depth (9)kilometers, about (42)miles southeast of Kanbalu seismological observatory was recorded at (15)hr (09)min (27)sec M.S.T on 29th July, 2021.
