29-6-2025: According to the observations at 15:30 hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining West Bengal, India and Bangladesh coasts still persists. It is likely to move slowly West-Northwestwards across North Odisha and West Bengal, India. Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

A slight earthquake of magnitude (3.5) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (9) miles north-northeast of Gwa), latitude 17.73°N, longitude 94.64°E, depth (10) kilometers, about (10) miles north-northeast of Gwa seismological observatory was recorded at (17)hr (23)min (12)sec M.S.T on 7^thJuly, 2022.
