4-11-2025: According to the observations at 17:30 hrs MST today, the well marked low pressure area over the Northeast Bay and adjoining Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and off and along Rakhine coasts still persist. It is likely to move North-Northwestwards and may reach over the Northeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining off and along Northern Rakhine coasts, Myanmar and coastal area of Bangladesh on 5-11-2025. Weather is cloudy over the North Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

According to the observations at (13:30) hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Odisha Coast, India now lies over South Odisha-North Andhrapradesh, India and adjoining Northwest and Westcentral Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and will cross South Odisha-North Andhrapradesh Coasts, India during next (36) hours.
