1-11-2025: According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, a low pressure area has formed over the North Andaman Sea and adjoining Eastcentral Bay of Bengal. Weather is a few cloud over the Westcentral Bay and Southwest Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

A slight earthquake of magnitude (4.7) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (16) miles south-southeast of Layshi), latitude 25.25°N, longitude 95.08°E, depth (89) kilometers, about (87) miles northeast of Tamu seismological observatory was recorded at (02) hr (35) min (45) sec M.S.T on 22th July, 2023.
