According to the observations at (12:30) hrs MST today, the low pressure area over Sri Lanka coast and intensified into a Well marked low pressure area now lies over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Northeast Sri Lanka. It is likely to move northwestwards and reach toTamilnadu-Puducherry Coasts (India) during next (24)hrs.
