BAYINFERENCE: Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 7th August 2025: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Magway Region and Kayah, Rakhine States, fairly widespread in Mandalay, Sagaing Regions and Chin State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Mandalay, Sagaing, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Kayin, Mon, Shan States. Degree of certainty is 100%.
THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Sagaing, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayin, Chin, Mon, Rakhine, Northern Shan States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 4-7 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of increase of rain in Yangon, Bago, Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayin, Mon, Shan States.
