18-11-2025: According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Sri Lanka has reached over Comorin area. Weather is generally fair over the North Bay, a few cloud over the Westcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

A slight earthquake of magnitude (4.8) Richter Scale with its epicenter outside Myanmar (Nicobar Islands, India Region), latitude 8.21°N, longitude 94.30°E, depth (162) kilometers, about (480) miles southwest of Dawei seismological observatory was recorded at (00)hr (23)min (27)sec  M.S.T on  3rd December, 2019.
