It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and across South Odisha and adjoining North Andhra Pradesh and South Chhattisgarh during next 2 days. Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

A very strong earthquake of magnitude (8.0) Richter Scale with its epicenter outside Myanmar (Alaska Peninsula), latitude 55.47°N, longitude 157.93°W, depth (17) kilometers, about (5870)miles northeast of Kaba-Aye seismological observatory was recorded at (12)hr (45)min (50)sec M.S.T on 29th July, 2021.
