12-9-2025:According to the observations at 17:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the westcentral and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal (Off North Andhra Pradesh - South Odisha coasts, India) still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and across South Odisha and adjoining North Andhra Pradesh and South Chhattisgarh during next 2 days.

          A Moderate earthquake of magnitude (5.0) Richter Scale with its epicenter outside Myanmar (Yunnan, China), latitude 28.10 °N, longitude 101.17 °E, depth (10) kilometers, about (290) miles northeast of Myitkyina seismological observatory was recorded at (13) hr (32) min (06) sec M.S.T on 2nd January, 2022.
