30-6-2025: According to the observations at 05:30 hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining West Bengal, India and Bangladesh coasts still persists. It is likely to move slowly West-Northwestwards across North Odisha and West Bengal, India. Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

EARTHQUAKE NEWS

A strong earthquake of magnitude (7.3) Richter Scale with its epicenter outside Myanmar (Near East Coast of Honshu, Japan), latitude 37.56°N, longitude 141.22°E, depth (97) kilometers, about (3080) miles northeast of Kaba-Aye seismological observatory was recorded at (21)hr (06)min (39)sec M.S.T on 16th March, 2022.
