29-6-2025: According to the observations at 15:30 hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining West Bengal, India and Bangladesh coasts still persists. It is likely to move slowly West-Northwestwards across North Odisha and West Bengal, India. Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

A slight earthquake of magnitude (4.1) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (21) miles northwest of Kunhing), latitude 21.53°N, longitude 98.21°E, depth (10) kilometers, about (52) miles northeast of Namsan seismological observatory was recorded at (23)hr (45)min (26)sec M.S.T on 2^nd June, 2022.
