3-11-2025: According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Eastcentral Bay and adjoining near Deltic coast, Myanmar still persists. It is likely to move North-Northwestwards and may reach over the Eastcentral Bay and adjoining Northeast Bay of Bengal and off and along Rakhine coasts and adjoining Deltic coasts during next 24 hours. Weather is cloudy over the North Andaman Sea, Northeast Bay and Eastcentral Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

A slight earthquake of magnitude (3.7) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (5)miles north of Namsang), latitude 20.97°N, longitude 97.72°E, depth (8)kilometers, about (6)miles north-northwest of Namsang seismological observatory was recorded at (16)hr (01)min (40)sec M.S.T on 6th July, 2022.
