17-11-2025:  According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Southwest Bay of Bengal(off Sri Lanka Coast) has reached over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Sri Lanka Coast. It is likely to move slowly West-Northwestwards during the next 24 hours.. Weather a few cloud over the North Bay and Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Southwest Bay and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 3rd March 2025: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is 80%. Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
