BAYINFERENCE: Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea, South Bay and Eastcentral Bay of Bengal. Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 20th May 2025: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Magway Region and Chin State, scattered in Mandalay, Bago, Lower Sagaing Regions and Kayah, Kayin, Mon States, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Rakhine, (Northern and Eastern)Shan States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is 100%.

THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Yangon, Bago, Magway, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayah, Kayin, Mon, Rakhine, Southern Shan States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.

STATE OF THE SEA: STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 5-7 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuations of condition of thundery activities in the Central Myanmar areas.
