BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (13:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Cyclonic Storm (Gaja) over the West Central Bay of Bengal has moved Westward. It is centered at about (375)miles East of Chennai (India) and about (430)miles East- Northeast of Nagapattinam (India). Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 13th November, 2018: Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Northern Shan States. Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Taninthayi Region, Kayin and Mon States, scattered in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Chin and Rakhine States and Fairly widespread in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with rough sea are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (35-40)mph. Wave height will be about (8-10)feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.
