BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and generally fair elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
SPECIAL FEATURES: According to the observations at (06:30) hrs MST today, the Tropical Storm (Usagi) over the South China Sea has crossed to Southern Vietnam Coast and continue to move West-Northwestwards and it is forecast to weaken gradually.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 26th November, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Taninthayi Region, Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway and Yangon Regions, Rakhine and Kayah States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-5) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Slight decrease of night temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin, Shan and Chin States.
