BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the North Bay and Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over  the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in  Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 5th December, 2018: Light rain will be isolated in Taninthayi Region, Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-5) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts. 

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of  slight decrease of night temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin, Northern Shan and Chin States.
