It is likely to move slowly West-Northwestwards during the next 24 hours. Weather a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and North Bay and Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 29th December, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Taninthayi Region, Kachin, Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-5) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated to scattered rain or thundershowers in Naypyitaw, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States.
