SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain has been isolated in Taninthayi Region. Weather has been partly cloudy in Kachin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) below February average temperatures in Mandalay and Yangon Regions, Kachin and Northern Shan States and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (3°C) in Thipaw, (4°C) each in Namsam, Heho and Hakha, (5°C) each in Putao, Pinlaung and Loilin, (6°C) Moemate. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was Myeik (1.02) inches.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
