SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain have been isolated in Taninthayi Region and Mon State. Weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin, (Southern and Eastern)Shan, Kayah and Kayin States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) above February average temperatures in Lower Sagaing and Ayeyarwady Regions, Eastern Shan State, (3°C) above February average temperatures in Bago Region, Kayin and Mon States and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (4°C) in Thipaw, (5°C) each in Heho and Hakha and (6°C) each in Putao, Namsam and Loilin. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Yay (0.20)inch and Kawthaung (0.15)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and generally fair elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 14th February, 2019: Rain are likely to be isolated in Taninthayi Region, Kachin and Mon States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Northern Shan, Kayah and Kayin States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-5) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
