4-11-2025: According to the observations at 17:30 hrs MST today, the well marked low pressure area over the Northeast Bay and adjoining Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and off and along Rakhine coasts still persist. It is likely to move North-Northwestwards and may reach over the Northeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining off and along Northern Rakhine coasts, Myanmar and coastal area of Bangladesh on 5-11-2025. Weather is cloudy over the North Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the West Central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 6th October, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, fairly widespread in Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, Kachin, Shan (South and East) and Chin States, scattered in Naypyitaw, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Northern Shan, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavy fall in Naypyitaw and Upper Sagaing Region. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3–6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of rain or thundershowers in Taninthayi Region, Kayin and Mon States.
