PART ONE : According to the observations at 12:30 hrs MST today, the Typhoon “MATMO” over the South China sea has moving Northwestwards and it is centered at about 30 Nautical miles Southeast of Zhanjiang(China). It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and may cross close to Zhanjiang of Guangdong, Southern China during next 3 hours. It is likely to downgrade into a Severe Tropical Storm during next 24 hours and may continue cross Coastal areas of Guangxi.
PART TWO : Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
