Condition of Southwest monsoon withdrawal

During the past (24) hours, Southwest monsoon has been withdrawn from the Southern Myanmar area (over the whole country).
(15.10.2018): Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
