25-10-2025:According to the observations at 11:30 hrs MST today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over Southeast Bay of Bengal has moved Westwards and further intensified into a depression. It is centered at about 330 Nautical miles Southwest of Coco Island (Myanmar), 530 Nautical miles East-Southeast of Chennai(India), 540 Nautical miles Southeast of Kakinada (India). It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and may intensify into a deep depression on 26-10-2025 and Cyclonic Storm may form over the Southwest Bay and adjoining over Westcentral Bay of Bengal on 27-10-2025. Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and Eastcentral Bay, partly cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (17:30)hrs MST today, the low pressure area over Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining equatorial Indian Ocean persists. It is likely further intensify into a depression during next 12 hours. Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 30th November, 2016: Likelihood of isolated light rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Shan, Chin and Kayah States and weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (60%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters.
