13-9-2025: According to the observations at 17:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Westcentral and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal (Off North Andhra Pradesh - South Odisha coasts, India) still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and across South Odisha and adjoining North Andhra Pradesh and South Chhattisgarh during next 2 days. Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

Flood condition of Ayeyarwady River

        According to the (11:30) hrs M.S.T observations today, the water levels of Ayeyarwady River have exceeded by about (1) foot at Mandalay and about (½) foot at Sagaing above their respective danger levels. The water levels may fall below their respective danger levels during the next (3) days.

Flood condition of Dokhtawady River

         According to the (11:30) hrs M.S.T observation today, the water level of Dokhtawady River has exceeded by about (½) foot at Myitnge above its danger level. It may fall below its danger level during the next (3) days.
