13-9-2025: According to the observations at 12:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Westcentral and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal (Off North Andhra Pradesh - South Odisha coasts, India) still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and across South Odisha and adjoining North Andhra Pradesh and South Chhattisgarh during next 2 days. Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

According to the (11:30) hrs M.S.T observation today, the water level of Shwegyin River at Shwegin is observed as about (1) foot below its danger level. It may reach its danger level during the next (1) day.
It is especially advised to the people who settle near the river banks and low lying area at Shwegyin Township to take precaution measure.
