It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and across South Odisha and adjoining North Andhra Pradesh and South Chhattisgarh during next 2 days. Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

A slight earthquake of magnitude (4.6) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (27)miles northwest of Danai), latitude 26.71°N, longitude 96.54°E, depth (10)kilometers, about (100)miles northwest of Myitkyina seismological observatory was recorded at (18)hr (35)min (11)sec M.S.T on 4th September, 2021.
