30-6-2025: According to the observations at 05:30 hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining West Bengal, India and Bangladesh coasts still persists. It is likely to move slowly West-Northwestwards across North Odisha and West Bengal, India. Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

A slight earthquake of magnitude (3.6) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (3) miles southeast of Pyawbwe), latitude 20.57 °N, longitude 96.09°E, depth (2) kilometers, about (54) miles north of Naypyidaw seismological observatory was recorded at (22)hr (52)min (06)sec M.S.T on 2^nd February, 2022.
