29-6-2025: According to the observations at 12:30 hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining West Bengal, India and Bangladesh coasts still persists. It is likely to move slowly West-Northwestwards across North Odisha and West Bengal, India. Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

A moderate earthquake of magnitude (5.3) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (20)miles east-northeast of Keng Tung ), latitude 21.34°N, longitude 99.91°E, depth (6)kilometers, about (21)miles east-northeast of Keng Tung seismological observatory was recorded at (23)hr (10)min (08)sec M.S.T on 21^st July, 2022.
