PART TWO              : Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and moderate elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL FEATURES: According to the observations at 12:30 hrs MST today, a Typhoon “RAGASA” over Philippine sea has moved West-Northwestwards and still persists. It is likely continue to move West-Northwestwards.

WEATHER                                : Widespread rain or thundershowers with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls.

VISIBILITY                                : 3 nautical miles but less than 1/2 nautical mile in rain.

SURFACE WIND                      : West or Southwest 20-25 kts at times 30 kts.
