13-9-2025: According to the observations at 12:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Westcentral and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal (Off North Andhra Pradesh - South Odisha coasts, India) still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and across South Odisha and adjoining North Andhra Pradesh and South Chhattisgarh during next 2 days. Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

A slight earthquake of magnitude (4.3) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (12) miles southeast of Homalin), latitude 24.75°N, longitude 95.06°E, depth (77) kilometers, about (60) miles northeast of Tamu seismological observatory was recorded at (07)hr (56)min (41)sec M.S.T on 23th May, 2021.
