It is likely to move west-northwestwards and cross North Odisha and adjoining Jharkhand and North Chhattisgarh, India during next 24 hrs.Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

A moderate earthquake of magnitude (6.0) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (17) miles West-Southwest of Phyu) about (107) miles North of Kaba-Aye seismological observatory was recorded at (00)hr (56)min (23)sec M.S.T on 12th January, 2018.
