12-9-2025:According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area has formed over the Northwest and adjoining westcentral Bay of Bengal(Off South Odisha-North Andhra Pradesh coasts, India). It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and across South Odisha and adjoining North Andhra Pradesh and South Chhattisgarh during next 2 days. Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

A slight earthquake of magnitude (3.6) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (24) miles southwest of Mingin), latitude 22.62°N, longitude 94.24°E, depth (6) kilometers, about (41) miles east of Hakha seismological observatory was recorded at (21)hr (53)min (50)sec M.S.T on 21^st February, 2022.
