12-9-2025:According to the observations at 17:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the westcentral and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal (Off North Andhra Pradesh - South Odisha coasts, India) still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and across South Odisha and adjoining North Andhra Pradesh and South Chhattisgarh during next 2 days.

A moderate earthquake of magnitude (5.0) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (62)miles west-northwest of Keng Tung), latitude 21.39°N, longitude 98.62°E, depth (10)kilometers, about (65)miles northeast of Namsang seismological observatory was recorded at (06)hr (20)min (02)sec M.S.T on 18^th May, 2022.
