According to the observations at (09:30) hrs M.S.T today, a low pressure cell over off Rakhine coast(Myanmar) and adjoining Eastcentral Bay of Bengal has intensified into a Low Pressure Area. It is likely to move northwestsards with and may further intensify into a Well Marked Low Pressure Area during next (48)hours there after it may reach to North Odisha and adjoining West Bengal Coasts, India.
