BAYINFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea, South Bay and Central Bay and a few cloud over the North Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 9th May 2025: Weather will be partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing Region. Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Taninthayi Region, fairly widespread in Kachin, Mon States, scattered in Yangon, Upper Sagaing Regions and Kayin State and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is 80%.

THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Yangon, Magway, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayah, Kayin, Mon, Rakhine, (Northern and Eastern)Shan States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.

STATE OF THE SEA: STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 4-8 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Scattered to fairly widespread rain or thundershowers in Yangon, Bago, Upper Sagaing, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayah, Kayin, Chin, Mon, Rakhine, Eastern Shan States.
