BAYINFERENCE:  Monsoon is strong to virgous over the Andaman Sea and Eastcentral Bay and strong elsewhere over Bayof Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 28th June 2025: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Mandalay, Lower Sagaing, Magway Regions and Kayah State, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Yangon, Upper Sagaing, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayin, Mon, Rakhine States. Degree of certainty is 100%.

THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Kayin, Mon, Rakhine States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.

STATE OF THE SEA: Occassional squalls with rough seas will be experienced off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach 35 m.p.h. Wave height will be about 11-13 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of increase of rain in Yangon, Bago, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayin, Mon, Rakhine States.
