BAYINFERENCE:  According to the observations at 17:30 hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Coastal area of West Bengal, India is likely to move slowly West-Northwestwards and continue across North Odisha, West Bengal and Jharkhand, India during next 2 days and weaken gradually.Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 1st July 2025: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Mandalay, Magway, Lower Sagaing Regions and and Kayah, Northern Shan States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Bago, Taninthayi Regions and Kayin, Mon, Rakhine States. Degree of certainty is 100%.

THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing Taninthayi Region and Kayin, Chin, Mon, Rakhine, (Southern and Eastern) Shan States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.

STATE OF THE SEA: Occassional squalls with rough seas will be experienced off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach 35 m.p.h. Wave height will be about 11-13 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Increase of rain in Bago Region and Kayin, Mon, Rakhine, Shan States.
