FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 31st July 2025: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Lower Sagaing Region and Kayah, Chin, Northern Shan States, fairly widespread in Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Upper Sagaing Regions and Kachin, Rakhine, (Southern and Eastern) Shan States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Naypyitaw, Kachin, Rakhine States. THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Chin, Rakhine States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach 25-30 m.p.h. Wave height will be about 7-9 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
