BAYINFERENCE:  Monsoon is moderate to strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 7th September 2025: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayin, Mon, Southern Shan States, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw,Magway, Ayeyarwady, Chin, Eastern Shan States, scattered in Yangon, Mandalay, Bago Regions and Rakhine, Northern Shan States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is 100%.

THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Naypyitaw,Yangon,Bago,Magway,Lower Sagaing, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayin, Chin, Mon, Rakhine, Southern Shan States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 6-8 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of increase of rain in Taninthayi Region.
