BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (06:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Central part of Andaman Sea now lies over North Andaman Sea still persists. It is forecast to move West-Northwest wards and intensify into a depression during next (24) hours. Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 10th November, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Taninthayi Region, scattered in Kayin and Mon States and isolated in Naypyitaw, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, (Eastern and Southern)Shan, Rakhine and Kayah States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be generally fair in Lower Sagaing and Magway Regions and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate to rough sea are likely at times Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (35-40)mph. Sea will be moderate elsewhere in  Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (8-10)feet in Deltaic, Gulf of   Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts and about (5-7) feet in off and along  Rakhine Coasts.    

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of fairly widespread to scattered rain or thundershowers in Naypyitaw, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, (Eastern and Southern) Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States.
