BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and Westcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 20^th December, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Lower Sagaing Region and Northern Shan State, fairly widespread in Mandalay Region, scattered in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin, Eastern Shan, Chin and Rakhine States, isolated in Naypyitaw, Magway, Yangon and Taninthayi Regions, Southern Shan State. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-6) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated light rain or thundershowers in Taninthayi Region.
