SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been fairlywidespred in Chin State, scattered in Kachin State and isolated in Upper Sagaing, Magway Regions and Eastern Shan State.Weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (7°C) above March average temperaturesin Bago Region and Kayin, Mon States, (5°C) to (6°C) above March average temperatures in Yangon, Ayeyawady, Taninthayi Regions,(3°C) to (4°C) above March average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Magway Region and Kayah State, (2°C) above March average temperaturesin Mandalay Region and Southern Shan, Rakhine States and (2°C) below March average temperature in Upper Sagaing Region andabout March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (42°C) in Hpasaung and (41°C) in Bawlakhae. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were (0.08) inch in Tiddim.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
