BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 14th May 2024: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Taninthayi Region, fairly widespread in Kayin, Mon States, scattered in Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Southern Shan States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is 80%.
THE CONDITION OFCUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayin, Mon States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 5-7 feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight increase of day temperatures in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago Regions.
