BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 8thJanuary 2025: Rain are likely to be scattered in Kachin State and isolated in Upper Sagaing Region. Degree of certainty is 60%. Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar Waters. Wave height will be about 3-6 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Kachin, Kayah, Chin, Shan States.
