It is centered at about 645 Nautical miles South-Southwest of Coco- Island (Myanmar), 420 Nautical miles East-Southeast of Trincomalee(Sri Lanka) and 605 Nautical miles Southeast of Puducherry(Sri Lanka).Weather is cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay,  partly cloudy over the Eastcentral Bay and a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

The water levels of Ayeyarwady river are forecast to rise about (5 - 6) feet at Myitkyina, Bhamo, Shwegu and Katha, about (2 - 4) feet at Thabeikyin, Mandalay, Sagaing, Myinmu, Pakokku, Nyaung Oo, Chauk, Minbu and  Magway, forecast to fall about (2-3) feet at Aunglan, Pyay, Seiktha, Hinthada and Zalun during the third (10) days of September.

 The water levels of Chindwin river are forecast to rise about (4 - 6) feet at Hkamti, Homalin, Phaungpyin, and (2 - 4) feet at Mawlaik, Kalewa, Mingin, Kani and Monywa during the third (10) days of September.
